The US-Norwegian NASAMS and Spanish Shorad Aspide SAM air defense systems have arrived in Ukraine.
The delivery of Western anti-aircraft missile systems was confirmed by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov.
He noted that the long-awaited air defense systems will strengthen the Ukrainian army and make our skies safer. Reznikov thanked the United States, Norway and Spain for supplying the necessary weapons.

Aspide is an Italian class of medium-range guided missiles for the destruction of air targets, developed by Selenia. It includes anti-aircraft guided missiles and air-to-air missiles. In 1977 Aspide was adopted by the Italian Air Force. The missile design is based on the American RIM-7E Sea Sparrow.
